Steve Livingston, Diana Costa , and the entire Agave Road staff were absolutely amazing. My wedding was what every little girl dreams of: beautiful, romantic, and full of love & fun. It was a completely stress-free experience and that was due in large part to the wonderful assistance that Diana (wedding coordinator) provided for me. If I were to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing.

I remember how stressful it was to look for a venue in Houston to have a ceremony and reception. If anyone out there needs to hear from a former Agave Road bride, please let Steve and Diana know and I'll be sure to tell you all about the fantastic experience I had planning my dream wedding with them.

I had a wonderful experience planning an event at Agave Road. I recommend it highly. The event was wonderful. I visited it many times prior to the event, and thought it very lovely. However, I had always seen it during the day. Then, on the day of the event, I saw it for the first time in the evening. It is truly beautiful at night. It can only be described as magical! Photos do not do it justice. If you're thinking of using Agave Road for your event and you have the opportunity, try to see it in the evening.

I cannot say enough about how every detail is taken care of. The manager Steve Livingston is a very detail type person. He exceeded every expectation we had on every level. Our entire family have become raving fans of Agave Road. All of our guests were also raving about the beauty of Agave Road and the level of detail, the employees, the wedding planner and every single aspect of our wedding. We cannot even think of one single thing that could have been done better, and this is saying a lot! There is no doubt that Agave Road tries to make each wedding better than the last one. We had read there were a few bumps in the road when they first opened in 2008, but they have put this behind them and have worked very hard at making each wedding the best of the best. Our wedding planner, Lindsey was very professional, she was very attentive and was there for the entire wedding and reception. She even served my parents their food as they were so busy visiting with guests they did not have time to hardly sit down. It was the little things that made the night magical in every way. The bridal suite, the snacks, the grooms quarters etc. You simply have to see this place to fully understand the unique beauty of the buildings, the grounds, gardens etc. All the guests and of course us, could not stop thinking of the wedding, and the reception and how much fun it was. The DJ was very professional and met with us before hand and was also there for the rehearsal. He also exceeded every expectation we had. The DJ is very important as they act as the master of ceremony and really control the events during the reception. The bottom line is, there simply is no better place in the entire Houston metro area that can beat what this place has to offer. You can't go wrong with Agave Road, and will not be disappointed!

There is something unique and very special about Agave Road. I visited over 12 sites in the Greater Houston Area before finding out about Agave Road. Every other place I visited did not feel right for my fiance and I. The other venues were either too cheesy, cheap looking (brass chandalliers with crystal hanging down), or just not a good fit for us. Agave Road was able to capture our personalities in the ambiance with the understated beauty it holds. The grounds are so amazing. There are beautiful flowers and landscaping everywhere, an outdoor fireplace, a firepit, candles everywhere, 4 or 5 fountains and other water features. After dark the place becomes even more romantic because of all the candles. Inside, the ceilings are very high and the decor is very nice looking. There are spanish inspired architecture features throughout. The floorplan makes for a good flow during the party.The day of the wedding, my bridesmaids and I arrived 6 1/2 hours early to get ready. Agave Road provided Momosas and snacks for us. The Bridal Suite upstairs is beautiful and provides enough space for everyone to get ready for the day. The wedding coordinaters are awesome! Diana had everything under control and very organized. She is very concerned with what you want your day to be like. She has many suggestions because she has so much experience. She knows what works and what doesn't. You will be able to meet with your cooridinater a couple times to make sure everything is the way you want it. The ceremony and reception went flawlessly smooth. The ceremony was outdoors and the reception indoors. All the guests were full of compliments about Agave Road. Everyone had a great time during the reception and our D.J. Ivan Rojas was great about letting the guests know what was happening when. Diana and Ivan work great together. Ivan kept the party going and all the guests danced until it was time to send us off. I could not imagine getting married anywhere else. Agave Road is truly unique and creates a memorable experience for both you and your guests.

Agave Road is a magical and wonderful place - I fell in love the moment I saw it. It's the most beautiful and unique wedding venue in Houston, and we looked AT THEM ALL! The atmosphere was very "Mexican-hacienda-vacation-villa," which fit my fiancee' and I perfectly (we got engaged in Cabo). Their packages included almost everything and made it very easy - they will work with you to make the package fit your wants and needs. Steve was absolutely amazing to work with - he was always honest (even about the City of Katy drama - which was completely resolved!), helpful, and just an incredibily nice guy! Both the wedding coordinators (first Alana, then Diana) were excellent to work with - they were both very organized, responsive to all emails and phone calls, great with dealing with any and all last minute changes, and Diana made our wedding day flow like a dream! Diana put all my fears to rest about hiring a outside wedding coordinator to be my day-of-coordinator - there was no need with her - I always felt like she had my best interest in mind. The caterer, Tim at Ciro's, was excellent too - the food was great, and he and his staff seamlessly executed all the "grunt work" of the wedding. The bridal suite was also great - it was really nice to have a room like that to get ready in. We got many, many complements on how gorgeous Agave Road is and how great the coordinator was! Agave Road truly made our dream wedding a reality! We love love loved it!

You guys took all of the stress you would think that comes with an event like a wedding and turned it into the easiest most enjoyable experience that we've ever had. We could not have picked a more professional, organized beautiful venue for any occasion.

We could not have asked for a better reception location. Everything was absolutely wonderful and was truly the wedding I had always hoped for. The staff was incredibly flexible and very attentive to every one of our questions and requests. The limo bus that was supposed to take our wedding party from the church to the reception broke down and because of the delay Agave Road added an extra 30 minutes to our reception without hesitation. All of our guests were in awe over the location and we have received many phone calls since the wedding from people telling us how much they enjoyed themselves. Every detail was perfectly taken care of and the evening was perfectly smooth and relaxed. I can truly say that we did not have one care in the world at the reception, neither we or our families had to worry about a thing at the reception allowing all of us to soak it all in and truly enjoy our wedding.
